Hello nice to meet you! I get a lot of questions about my company and the services we provide so this may help you!

Why should I work with you?

I am the owner (Sara) of MN Cabin Concierge. I did all of the “normal” things, went to college, received my MBA and worked in finance for 25 years. As I worked full time, I have always had side hustles, I ran a ecommerce business, had a wildly successful food stand and owned a few Airbnb’s in the lakes area. When my children graduated and began their lives and as I was watching them become so excited for their new careers, I began to start thinking of a way I could merge my business skills and my entrepreneurial sprit with the love of cabins, outdoors and people! So, now MN Cabin Concierge is a booming, vibrant business and I LOVE my clients.

What sets you apart from others with similar businesses?

My clients are treated like family, they get Christmas cards and I get photos of their families (and dogs). Most clients have expensive assets that I am working with, they trust me and they know that they do not have to worry about their property if they are out of state or on extended vacations.

I also provide unique services, concierge is a big word, but I am scheduled for a variety of unique tasks. From stocking beverage fridges to running a resort for a weekend to turning over rental properties and small tasks such as meeting a contractor for a broken air conditioner or cleaning a pontoon on the water after a family reunion, the list is pretty endless. A big part of my business is cabin checking during Oct-April we get some pretty nasty winters up here. Turning over Airbnb’s has also been very busy- I forget how lucky I am to live where people want to vacation.

How far out do we need to schedule with you and what are your prices?

As soon as you can! email sara@mncabinconcierge.com or text 320-219-9084. Our schedule is flexible and ebbs and flows, but we do have scheduled days for certain tasks. I am pretty good at making emergency calls work, but don’t chance it if you really need something on a certain day. Schedule it please.

Pricing is based on the services needed and the size of the project. I respond to texts and emails quickly, so you won’t have to wait long for a quote. We are a professional company, so we will probably not be the cheapest, but we will perform over your expectations. Payment is ACH, Venmo, Check or Invoiced via Square (fees apply due to costs) Cash is also accepted. Discounts are available for long term recurring services or bundled projects.
