My company can Host or Co-Host your vacation property anywhere in the US- we are located in MN and specialize in cabin, lakeshore and luxury properties.
Short Term and Long Term Rentals and Cabin Checks while you are away.
All rentals are included in our Airbnb collection and posted to our website, we also use social media to market your property.
Packages:
Co-Host: 15% of the total reservation (typically manages calendars, guest questions, concerns and monitors rentals)
Host: 20% of the total reservation (full service, manages calendars, guest questions, concerns, schedules cleaners, maintenance and lawn mowing, snow clearing. Local contact) Minimal owner involvement.
Host + 25% of the total reservation (full service above, plus takes care of all property and provides full accounting profit and loss reports, pays contractors, visits sites frequently) No owner involvement. Any repair or replacement of property over $300.00 will need to be approved.
Owners receive ACH payments from our trust account on the 5th of the month for the prior months bookings. Profit and Loss Reports are Included in the Host and Host+ packages.
Note: Setting up properties for a vacation rental is time intensive, we do charge a fee and travel expense to set up a property. If you have it set up and ready to go, there is no fee. We prefer to use professional photographs, as vacation rentals with good pictures have higher occupancy rates.
